word but that max deal is extending him, it doesn't hit the cap this year
that subtle draft-day trade the cavs made for the 45th pick + Brendan Haywood (for Alonzo Gee) was smart, because Haywood's contract is ridiculously valuable for trading or simply recovering cap space next year --- he has 10.5M non-guaranteed for 2015...
So I think they could figure out how to float 2 max contracts without mortgaging the house.
that said, I think a lot of dudes in this thread understand more about cap and CBA logistics than I do lol
