Jizz booger smoothie if I can use my own jizz and snot. Since it's a smoothie I can alter the ingredients to zone out the salty tastes and use berries etc. to not make the gag-reflex go nuts when I feel the bits of nasty snot (if I throw up I need to eat the vomit, rinse and repeat until it's down I guess). Plus it's easier to talk something like that off than menstrual marmalade, and I have feeling it's more emotionally draining to know that I've eaten someones menstrual cycle than shit coming from my own body.
