Xzibit has always been number 1 on my list of underrated rappers...still listen to a lot of his shit.

I think the most talented West Coast rapper imo is Crooked I...dude has schemes for millenia.

I like Game too, I hate the name dropping shit he does in nearly every song...but apart from that I think he's a lot doper than people give him credit for.
