I own the camera I own the image if the photo was taken in public no matter what or who's it's off ( with some small exceptions like military bases )
Why do you think tabloids offer free lance photographers a ton of money for hard to get pics
The only time a celeb has to give permission for their image to be posted is it they own the property in this case a photo
Now if someone is using that photo for false advertising and monetary gain then that becomes a whole different law suit
That whole rap basement thing is fake ... Fifty has sued many of people for using his trademark and likeness without his permission key word is trademark

that is completely incorrect. if that was the case they wouldnt need to get permissions to show peoples faces when they film them in "public"
