so yo i got pretty slow internet for 2014

sometimes when im loading sites, mostly big sites, like i dunno cnn or something for example, they take forever to load

alot of the time, the entire page is loaded, but the thing keeps spinning like something else is still loading. if i hit the X, everything is fine. like shits loaded up

my question is, what is it loading?

its the government probably huh? extorting my open connection while trying to read an article on tmz or xxl or mtv etc
