Chief Justice Wright, I thought your verse last week wasn't 'half-assed'. If my memory serves me right, you posted on Wednesday (2 days before deadline) and edited it a few times after that (which is fine). I half-agree, half-disagree with both parties in the inquiry. I thought editing was lenient, if it was the wording in a line, OR a few little fix-ups here and there mechanically/grammatically, etc.

I think I've done editing about once or twice, but I've also bit my tongue on many errors/change of heart I've had on a lot of things I've posted prematurely, or I wrote very quickly. I try not to post past 11:59 PT, and I haven't yet. I rather show with a 'half-ass' verse than no verse, in my honest opinion. I almost did that to zygote this week but I decided against it, as I did have time. I was just being lazy, I'm glad I showed. Other than that, I remember pancake posting at around the 12:18 mark, and I saw him 'ninja' it in. I didn't have a problem with it - I thought it was allowed, and still do. 12 hours, or 5 hours or even 2 hours after is still considered a loss to me and shouldn't be allowed. Half an hour, or should I say -18 minutes, really isn't a problem, even with the strictest guidelines. I commend certain for giving Witty the chance to redact his loss, as it is a special occasion and requires special mending. Exceptional.

I think pancake knew he was on the side of falling behind in votes, but made an effort to show. Which is exceptional as well.
