not even really talking about political ability or viewpoints.

so I'm watching this documentary on breast cancer. and this chick talking is saying some righteous things, but she's got a noticeable mustache straight up. and all I'm thinking is, why didn't she shave that shit? it's not like she didn't know she was gonna be filming for a movie where her head would be the only thing on screen for her speaking portions. so I'm not even listening to her anymore because she's got a stache.

which got me thinking how being telegenic affects our perception of public figures. Lincoln was a top 5 president easy and overall beast of history, but he wasn't an attractive man. I wonder if even Honest Abe would be able to overcome that in this digital age.
