Granite will not crack under any heat that you personally can do to it, pan/ pot ect. You would have to put a blow torch directly to it using a mapp gas or something.

He's been a GC for 40 years. Ive grown up building houses for the most part.


EDIT: ribs look bomb too, I'll toss up a pic of mine next time I throw some in. Got a stand up restaurant grade smoker. 10 chickens and about 15 rib rack capability.. damn, now I want bbq
