you fools. Of course I still use weights....like a 75lb weight vest on my body when I try to do more than one pull up in futility. or when I do 20 pushups with it on.

you fools 2x: If I am moving my body against gravity that is resistant. the only way barbell is effective if it is realistic.

you fools 3x: I lol at you talking about deadlifts and yet you couldn't climb a rope.

4x fools: I still use weights some, I curl 3 sets of 10 with 40 lbs for jokes. All the training I will do will translate to real life...when is the last time you layed down on your belly and lifted your legs up in real life? work those hammies bro.
