you fools. Of course I still use weights....like a 75lb weight vest on my body when I try to do more than one pull up in futility. or when I do 20 pushups with it on.
you fools 2x: If I am moving my body against gravity that is resistant. the only way barbell is effective if it is realistic.
you fools 3x: I lol at you talking about deadlifts and yet you couldn't climb a rope.
