i got 335 last week.
think i'm going to work on rest pause and form from there before going any higher.
actually, this cycle was great for PRs. cleared all of them except for squats which i am still holding back on while adjusting to a narrower stance so i don't blow my groin up again.
195 OHP and 500 dead.
