you can snap a photo all you want dude, but you can't use it without someones permission, look at all the picture sites and including facebook, if someone uses your picture without your permission you can have it removed and people banned from them services, if I see my picture on facebook someones getting banned LOL.

I can't tell you how many times i had my picture removed from tinypic, imageshack, ect, I could literally have any picture on the fucking internet removed if i wanted.

as for cyberbullying, you got to prove that the person wasn't in there freedom of speech right, which would be hard to do over petty dead sister/dead mother jokes.

I doubt you could do that for shitty forums because I could always say someone edited my post, that crime is more serious on facebook and shit.

a lot of cyberbullying cases got thrown out because it was proven that the offender was in their freedom of speech right.

also your cop snapping pictures theory is flawed because they have to get the right to use that evidence in court before they do anything with it, you can get that right through the court/state in certain cases.
