How long were you going consistently before you stopped?
How strong were your lifts prior to stopping?
How lazy/how'd you eat/alcohol consumption during your time off?
If you went consistently for awhile I can't imagine one month did that much damage. 2 weeks might be right. Maybe shorter. But everyone's different so there's no correct answer. Just go and lift. However long it takes is how long it takes. Just go and do it.
