i hear you... i can see why saying it like that would overwhelm some people --- but you can definitely support the idea that time is "perceived"...since time is literally 'relative', no different than the distance between two objects (hence space being relative, and time and space being intertwined)
time exists in the minds of those perceiving it, but word, it is definitely a subjective measure of the "space" between two points.
in terms of it all happening at once... the best way i try to explain your point is through a dreams... it feels like you are experiencing time 'relatively' normally until you actually look back on it, and there's no reason we won't look back on our lives like a dream...
In a world of polarity, time can only exist with timelessness.. so i do think what you said makes sense, for what its worth lol.
