I just got my straps for deadlifting in the mail....so im a bit hype for that cuz i cant seem to pull past 320 withoit losing my grip
Added an hour of cardio to my off days and i seem to be recovering faster from my workouts wen i lift....which is contrary to most of the bro science i read
Cardio is the dia of gym life. Fuckin lame.
