A youth at the place I work at dug his finger nails into my calf area ... Actually being scratched happens a lot with these kids but in this faithful instance he had soo much of a certain bacteria under his fingernail and in turn injected into me and if got into my blood stream and caused me to almost die from sepsis which is the step before septic shock... Anywhere the sepsis caused all kinds of issues with my body including severe cellulitis in my left leg and then extremem swelling from the cellulitis caused a disease that is known as complex regional pain syndrome and it truly sucks, it's nasty and painful and crippling at times ... Right now I'm seeing a chronic pain doc but we exhausted all of are invasive options now it's just meds and trying to live as normal as possible
