Do you not expect for it to come up at all and ever again though? It's the aspect of a relationship that matters most, communication. & her saying she ain't like the rest is a risk she's taking just by having said that. She's either up for the challenge because you're worth the mess or she won't break. Which is an entire issue altogether.
I hope you work things out though, my two cents are only my two cents but I hope that if she's worth it you start to use all portions of your brain :)
