Idk about that album cover but it seems to be some religious shit in the works. The Santa Lucia looking naked bitch holding a knife to the swans throat might represent good about to destroy evil (the swan is black, not white, no racial pun intended) while the other chick is riding it. Several swans got nails in their throat, perhaps the evil is messing with her head and left her like ''stone'' and expressionless? Either way there's beautiful flowers around the Nailheads head, perhaps there's something good in her too, it's just the evil controlling her? It seems like the Nailhead has understood a lot more than Wannabe Lucia here tho' and is also holding a shroom for everyone to see. Is the picture perhaps representing the good doing naive and evil things for the greater good to no avail, while the ''bad one'' understands mor and is willing to seek for answers without filters and accepts her godforsaken fate?
