I know a pilot of sorts n he said hes seen things like this happen whn he was doing tramahawk missions

typically from

poor maintenance of the plane and the thing basically disintegrates given time, velocity, and pressure....any lose bolt or compartment can lead to a cascading failure n bye bye birdie
could hit low level space debris and pulverised on contact
or oe of the fuel tanks was either low and created a vacuum, causing it to ultimately incinerate in midair
or
fuel tank leak and boom once the source was ignited

but thats just what the helicopter pilot said....
