don't think it can't happen, even the small people can get you.
that's privacy invasion, harassment, copyright infringement. and no you are not protected by freedom of speech, because it has its limits especially if it breaks a law.
a real website has to get any picture they use licensed, I mean even on my small sites I make sure i have rights to use a photo.
