What are you even talking about? Where are you getting this. The US has by far the strongest and most technologically advanced military in the world. We spend the most money on our military.
Stop it right now and get informed. Russia wants no problems with US. None whatsoever.
The US will not be dealing with Russia alone they'd have to go through NATO if they wanted to pursue an actual war.
