it never happened. i was 7-0 heading into the semifinals of the aowl playoffs against cake and i told them weeks in advance if they scheduled a round between the winter holidays i would be in nj and couldn't show (this came up when thanksgiving nearly fucked me out of a round during the season)
sure enough they scheduled our match that week
couldn't show, had no comp and was busy with my family and hers.
