It's a phrase, a common phrase. You know, people use certain phrases when describing someone or something.
Example: When someone's frustrated/annoyed/aggravated at someone, people generally say, "Tell'em why you mad, bro" - It's an older phrase, but a pretty good example considering the one I used is very similar. When soemone is expressing some sort of truth/opinion, generally someone would reply, Tell'em how you really feel, in which I did.
