Yeah cardio is cool esp if you're doing it every day. lifting is good for adding muscle/ burning fat but ur technically adding mass... I think


Yeah but the burning fat will reduce that mass.

The "mass" is muscle now.

He will lose weight at the same time.

So, don't be afraid to lift weights..heavy weights at that.
