go on IIFYM and enter ur info... you can calculate your caloric intake for cutting weight
Then download the app called MyFitnessPal... thats a dope app for tracking calories and nutrition... you can scan barcodes or search their library to add foods and it runs mad deep... if you're a high bf% you can cut calories pretty aggressively and still be safe, you'll be dropping like two or three lbs a week
you can log your weight and put in custom goals as well, track your exercise and calories burned
Yeah cardio is cool esp if you're doing it every day. lifting is good for adding muscle/ burning fat but ur technically adding mass... I think
