its usually w/e security depo is then up to a months rent

depending on credit score, IF u can even get in...

more often then not tho

my criminal hx is fuckin me tbh...but they say that depends on how its worded

and im not payin application fee thats non refundable yet to find out im declined

so im just gathering info, and tryin to find most lax place

obv this is to rent outwrite

if i sublet thats a whole nother thing, but the location is harder to find thats ideal and then u deal w landlords n sht too
