Aero. it's smart shit.
i plan on upping my pick-it & flip-it game this year --- and this is one of those investments that will "seem so obvious" in retrospect to people... but leave most of us, as usual, kicking ourselves in the ass for not making a move at the time.
pretty much like investing in an up-and-comer business which is bringing a new product "to market" ------ but that "new product" has already had significant consumer evidence that it will thrive.... and has geo-targeted tests to support profit expectations as the product rolls out to new regions (through legalization in this case).
it's kind of funny to think about, but they quite literally already know their target market, down to specific segments.... they already know who their repeat purchasers are --- and can invest aggressively in their 'growth' early on due to their ability to more accurately project their return than most 'product launches'.
Not to mention - investing in the weakness of mankind is almost always a winner.
I will read up on it tomorrow, but I appreciate your thoughts on this shit and'll let you know where i net out on my side after i dig in a bit pawtna
