Bags I run 3 miles at 18 minutes. I suggest you do the same, the military did a comprehensive study and those who ran every other day, or even 3x/wk three miles really fast were in better shape than those who ran more or less than 3m, or those who ran more frequently in general. The army lives and breathes the shit so they know what they're talking about. I'm personally in the best shape of my life due to it. It's NOT FOR PUSSIES
