I don't watch your horribly dubbed shit, gimme my subs and I'm happy, haha. But you're right... You can't really judge a show unless you've seen the first season. However, after 3-5 episodes you do kinda get an understanding of the atmosphere the show is going for, and it was ''meh'' to me, didn't really engage me. It's been a really long time since I checked it out for the first time, I think it was only 15 episodes deep when I got to it, but if I remember correctly I didn't like the main character either and that's often the breaking point of whether or not I'm going to give it a few more eps or not. And I hear you, not going to say the show is wack, but I have a strong feeling it isn't for me. Most 50+ ep animès isn't, they usually get watered down, silly and/or boring to me.
