No. Just no. UMK3 afaik is best in the series.. but still an MK game.
Only truly legit SF2 is Hyper Fighter and Super Turbo
I personally like 3rd Strike and Alpha 3 best but I understand why neither stands a chance at goat. Tbh I'm too young to have a say at HF. And to lesser extent super turbo, though I respect super turbo and the scene a lot.
