Not everyone is great in bed, and not everyone is comfortable with threesomes. To think it will be over the top amazing and how you played it out in your head is a lot to expect, but conversation/connection and body language is often alpha omega in these types of situations. If the chick was acting shy perhaps switching up the positions could have done wonders or asked her what she wanted to do, or even direct more of the attention on her as the other chick seemed to be pretty confident in what she was doing. Why she got mad at you is beyond my comprehension tho'. If she was/is your girlfriend I've heard of situations like these before and it often delves into some undermining jealousy or regret of going through with it rather than you being the problem.
