What you're saying is only partly true. The right place, right time is one thing. Parties is definitely a decent place to look for threesomes but far from the best place unless you're lucky if that's what you're after. It can take a shitload of time if this is what you want to achieve.

A better approach (imo) to get into threesomes is to develop a sexual relationship with someone fun that's into experimenting etc. Fuckbuddies are your best option and they're everywhere, not always easy to spot but they're everywhere, easier to get to know if they're within the vicinity of your group of friends. A fuckbuddy should be easy enough to find if you know where to look. The amount of quality of the chicks in threesomes raises a lot with a friend like this as well if you go to parties together and she knows what you like.

I had/have a friend like this, but I'm an emotional idiot so I wouldn't feel right about keeping a fuckbuddy, it's probably considered weak but idgaf. Truth be told tho'; If I wanted a threesome I'd pick up the connection with her and she'd most likely be up for it too. Which is why I believe they're easier to get/get more frequently if you already have a fuckbuddy you have a decent connection with.
