Tabloids And paparazzi are not paid off that's why stars attack them on occasion , yes they sometimes get permission but most of the time they don't
And no where did I say it was ok to post pics I said their are prob hundreds of barely under age girls on the net hell most of time probably post them themselves now adays
And freedom of speech def has its limitations, defamation of character is a crime that is mainly committed with your words ... Why do right wing red neck racist whom get permits to protest get arrested for what they say ?
How can cops openly take photos on a stakeout without a warrant? If your logic was true then they would be useless in court because police have the same laws as us ( that's just one of the many examples I can give you )
I can openly sit outside of your house with a camera and take as many pics as I want as long as I'm not trespassing I can then use those pics because the picture itself is my property
Do you think celebs like when a dude sits on a hill and takes pics of them tanning naked or smoking pot ? No they don't but the most they can do is file a boring civil suit, but I can file a civil suit against you right now for anything I feel needs to be decided in a court ( not a court of law by the way )
