You just said exactly what I rebutted. Scientific theories tend to be exactly that - illogical, irrational, absurd. We got Frank Wilczek talking about how the human race can hypothetically escape heat death by creating a time-crystal based computer. Less than 100 years ago mainstream science held that the universe had always existed.

Logic is highly deductive and mathematical. Nature on the other tends to possibility rather than necessity (modal logic). That's why a lot of what we observe is absurd. Please don't say you're one of those people who blur the line between observer and observed.

I think you should have replaced illogical with unfounded or without evidence.
