maybe your browser can't open pdf files? Try right clicking the link and select something like "Save target as..." and then open it with Adobe Reader?

dead man, yeah, what I posted is probably just a summary. I'd have to spend some more time searching for the whole thing as a pdf, but that's not worth it, 'cause I, for one, hate reading books on a computer screen.
