Yes I really don't like waking up early at all. The key is go to bed early. Also, put your alarm clock somewhere where you have to get up to turn it off that way you are at least up. If you plan to do a light work out in the morning then have your workout clothes already set with an energy bar and bottle of water next to it.

Force yourself to wake up early one day.
