Has this happened to you, and if so, what do you do to overcome grogginess and the stubbornness of the drowsy mind during that crucial period or wake or hibernate?
Do something positive when you wake up that makes you cheer up. Don't just lie there, get the fuck up and walk around every fucking day. Go for a run or something with some positive shit on your ears, or anything that helps to produce positive shit for you. It'll help to change how your brain works when you wake up. At this point your mindset is set to ''sleep'', you need to change that shit. Takes some work, but if you get up and make yourself a nutritious and delicious breakfast every day at a set time etc. you'll eventually be dependent on it as your brain will conform and get used to these habits.
