The amount of sleep someone need is extremely individual. The average is 7,5 hours or something like that. I know a couple people that don't need more than 5-6 hours as well. Some need up to 9, or even 10. Water might help, but water alone doesn't change how your body works to a certain degree where 5-6 hours is enough for everyone.
