the arrest is the VOP

then i didnt show up to DOC bc the charge was still pending

so bc i didnt show was a VOP

subsequently the new charge was droppped bc no witness, lack of evidence, and complete bs

but bc i was ARRESTED i had already VOP'd, and then since I didnt show to DOC was another VOP, ect...
