I've never done any serial killer shit like this but one time in college I slept through a philosophy midterm, so I concocted this gigantic story about how I just found out that my girlfriend tested positive for HIV and how I was off getting tested so I missed the midterm. I don't know what the fuck I was thinking. I guess I just figured it was wild enough to work. it did. I took the midterm and got a decent grade but ended up failing the class anyway because I bailed without withdrawing. felt pretty bad about it for a while.
