Oit of the 3 i only use pre workout..... i dont even really like it? I use assault by muscle pharm....idk i dont really be feelin like i can lift more at all :/
As far as creatine....i never really heard anything good about it....any1 that lifts and is in pretty good shape that ive asked has always steered me away from it.... and casein is wat.... a dif type of protein? I see it reccomemded on bb.com alot i guess....
