Itt: Post your experience with Creatine Monohydrate, Casein, and pre-workouts
Creatine Monohydrate - I read that if u take a lot it can halt your body's natural production of the shit. Shit also makes me fart a lot, been "loading" 15g/day for the past 3 days to saturate my cells nigga, heard u only need like 2-5g/day though according to studies. It helped me lift like 2 more reps, my 15 weight increased to 17 @ bench, but that's also prob b/c i haven't worked out in mad long so my shit is fast af right now b
casein - shit tastes good as a motherfucker with whole milk b4 bed, I love this shit my g, don't even care if it doesn't do shit
pre workouts - Doing c4, shit aiight, I tried jack3d and it was way better imo
