i mean, the tailgating is happening whether they like it or not.

the NFL, nay, american law as a whole, is powerless against a NFL fanbase who has been in training camp all season, in some cases for decades: shotgunning beers, "discretely" integrating kegs into their campers, and drinking anything in liquid form in a parking lot while pissing anywhere they want until they have to walk a chick to the porter potty, and, in doing so, smell the distinct scent of blood from a drunken asshole in the air mixed with a hint of mary j. along the way.
