I stopped taking whey because my quads are too bulked compared to the rest of my body. Just found out the type of running/ sports I've been doing my entire life basically could still give you lean muscles but with a shit-ton of mass (ie mountain biking, soccer, HIIT, skateboarding, racquetball)
Since I started doing a regular routine that does squats 2x/week back in October, Ive realized that I had minimal fat on my legs and they are just built big from all that bullshit
So. just in time for the miserable cockfucking NE winter, Ive switched most of my focus to distance/ endurance running to get leaner. RIP in peace
