Hannibal Rising.
I didn't cry but I felt emotion for dude, which is weird because he is a fucking cannibal and basically what the movie said was 'yeah but, he had a hard life...surely you can understand why he eats people' and I bought into it because they made it well, I didn't stop to think that maybe having a hard life does not make it ok to eat people, and honestly I was actively justifying cannibalism by the end of the movie.
I can't think of any other movie which made me feel sorry for a dude who eats other dudes.
