Frank, and that I don't disregard what you're saying which proves that you have regained your worth in my eyes. I take heed and I honestly appreciate you thinking about my well being and giving me advice that may help for some people.
However, in my case I have already ventured into the depths of spiritual things regarding anything from actual healers to tarot and spiritual guides that does it for a living. But I'm pretty much done with that now, and I know for a fact it isn't helpful to me. The only thing that comes to mind that might actually help is meditation, but I can't relax, I got too much energy to do ''nothing'' for more than a few minutes. I'm certainly a motherfucking indigo child, don't get it twisted, but this stuff aint for me. I've dealt with existential crisis and came to a conclusion. That's a huge thing to accomplish for someone like me. During this period I've read up on Kant, Freud and Heidegger along the likes of spiritual people and even some religion. The final conclusion is mostly a mix of it all but far from dependent on it.
I'm more the down to earth guy that tries to get how the physical bonding with people in life correlates with the stimuli it gets from outside sources and its final effect on the mind rather than trying to explain it with an abstract thinking/lifestyle.
