what kinda pseudo flex is that.. pink slips stemmed from the idea of getting canned, and it is extremely rare the particular place of employment rehires the pink-slipped individual later lol.
if you wanna make a battle hurt but dont want to do a full fledged ban battle -- then do a name change or title change, or make them rock some banner/image in their sig for a month or something.... and if they dont honor it, perma banned?
