Lol you've been watching to much of Jackson Tellers soap opera homie.
RICO act is more for groups and organized crime, something that builds over years and has been watched so a major case is built around it. Usually something they use on a Boss or crime lord to stick them with major fines and insurmountable jail time.
Their is zero proof of what I've done in my past and not enough to pull the RICO act card or even be on any radar.
