I went 2 1/2+ years of living clean and lifting heavy weights 3-5 times a week. Religiously. I still lift even with my bad habits, even though much more intermittently. I've definitely suffered from my recent change in lifestyle but 2 1/2 years of legitimate diehard dedication doesn't just die over the matter of a few months.
