it's what i do for a living so i might as well apply what i know to what we do lol --- traffic + engagement = $ to reinvest in quality writing and writers = more traffic + engagement = more $ to reinvestment in quality writing and writers = cycle continues until everyone is happy enough, kicks rocks, or i cash out.
