I would say back for the first time ( incognegro 2.0 ), release therapy and theater of the mind are all front to back bangers .. And most of his albums have spent time at #1 on the billboard charts. The last point just means he is more popular and commercial but stayed relevant as well.
Luda is way better on features as well. T.I always sounds angry or depressed where Luda is upbeat and actually funny.
Saying Luda is less lyrical makes me think you've never listened to a whole Luda album. Listen to war with god or one of my personal favorite tracks ever that he could never get the clearances for but shows some of that creativity and lyrical ability is called he-man off the prerelease therapy mixtape.
